Matthew Kwan, Managing Director

Matthew has an MBA from the Melbourne Business School and over ten years of experience in the development of commercial software applications. After graduating with a BSc(Hons) in Computer Science from the University of Melbourne, he worked as a codebreaker at the Australian Defence Force Academy's Centre for Computer Security Research, where he published a number of papers on the design and analysis of encryption algorithms.

He spent the next several years working for software start-ups as a programmer and project manager, later setting up his own software consulting firm. His experience includes the successful completion of projects in such diverse and challenging areas as airline crew scheduling, internet telephony, air traffic simulation, psychological testing, SMS messaging, and airport terminal passenger movement simulation.

Kevin Payne, Chief Operating Officer

Kevin has been involved in the communications industry since 1987, working in Australia and the United Kingdom. He has worked as a hardware and software engineer, and been involved in architectural, team leader and project management roles, working on projects for companies such as Telstra and Hewlett Packard.

In 1998 he joined OzEmail Interline, the worlds first commercial Voice over IP company, as Chief Technology Officer. OzEmail Interline was purchased by MCI Worldcom in 1999 and he was involved with the subsequent integration. Since then, he has been consulting for internet startups in the voice / video over IP area. He received a Bachelor of Electrical and Computer Systems Engineering (Honours) from Monash University in 1986.

Glenn Trigg, Senior Software Engineer

Glenn Trigg obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic Engineering from RMIT in the 1980s, and has worked as a programmer on a leading-edge airspace and airport simulation tool which has a worldwide market. He recently worked at a software company providing software solutions to the global telecommunications industry. In his spare time he works on the open-source PrivTool program, a PGP-enabled e-mail client.
